I agree that I will not park along the curbs or in drive aisles at Provo Towne Centre. I further agree that I will abide by all city and state laws regarding parking, including NEVER parking in the bicycle lane on 500 West Street.

I agree that under any circumstances, my booth and displays will not be removed from the Market prior to closing time. I understand that no exceptions to this rule will be granted and that I will make every reasonable effort to be completely vacated from Pioneer Park by 3:00 pm or Provo Towne Centre by 3:30 pm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, defend, protect, release and hold harmless Provo Farmers Market and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, causes of action, suits and liabilities of every kind (including all expenses of litigation, court costs, and attorney’s fees).
